Is this wound infected?

Greetings,

Last week I slipped when I was standing on top of a table and hit my crotch area on the edge of the table. It was wounded but not too serious. The bleeding stopped very shortly. I applied alcohol and kept the area generally clean. The burning sensation was replaced with a general bruising-pain after a day, and now after a week I felt an itch so I took a picture of the area to assess (as im unable to look at it directly). I found what looks like a bump to be the source of the itch/burn. Im not sure if it is infected, as I wouldnt describe it as painful anymore.

If it is infected, what should I do? Im on vacation at the moment so visiting a doctor is not very convenient. Also I have been taking anti-biotics for the past 3 days for a lung infection if it mattersz
