Itchy, slightly raised lump on anus

Hi, I am a 38 year old female and for a few months I have had an itchy, slightly raised, small (smaller in diameter than my fingertip) lump on my anus. I don't know what it looks like but it is soft and fairly flat to the touch and doesn't feel like a wart or skin tag. I have been using an anti-itch cream but the itch is waking me up multiple times a night.

I am in the UK, is this something that I can see a pharmacist for rather than bother a GP? Could it be a haemorrhoid?

I doubt this is relevant but I am on a waiting list to see a consultant gynaecologist because I have a suspected cervical polyp. Since I have been on the waiting list (Since October 2019 - Thanks Covid!), I have had multiple episodes of intense, stabbing cervical pain (when not on my period).
