Can anyone help? I had a THR on 21st October. I was recovering well then three weeks after my operation I got a knee injury. I have been on crutches for 13 weeks now. I am unable to live a normal life. I have tried everything to get well. Exercises, heel raisers, supplements and gels. Has anyone else experienced anything similar and any advice how I can get well again? It
