I have been diagnosed with lumbar stenosis and spondylolisthesis at L4-L5 . I have the usually nerve pain down both leg occasionally recently I have started having horrible bilateral leg aching anytime of day but especially in the morning I don't know if the aching is due to my back. Does anyone else have this issue? Thanks
