laparoscopic myomectomy

I had my surgery 25th of January and started bleeding a day after for about 10 days and then i have had 2 periods after this, i started my period again this time, it wasn't as painful but i am bleeding over 10 days now, not sure if this is something to be concerned about. on day 7 and 8 i passed clots and only those throughout this period.

i do have my follow up in a few days but im scared if there may a regrowth or if this is nirmal and what i should do
