Left eye twitch and right facial twitch

Hello,

It started with my left eyelid (top). It started slowly, increased to twitches multiple times a day. The eye twitching is happening for six months. It lasts for a month, goes away for a week or two and comes back

I had a few facial twitches on the right side by my face. The twitch was at the top and bottom corner of the mouth. The facial twitch happened about three times in the last six months. They lasted about a minute or two.

Any thoughts or has anyone experienced similar symptoms?
