Leg cramps

I dont believe I have sciatica. Anything is possible but I dont get these cramps very often.

The fact that they are very hurting is what makes them a great concern to me.

I walk okay, lift things ok and have a fairly decent posture.

So, when do you get these cramps? Mine are always at night, in bed. Usually all the way up from calf to thigh. VERY painful, usually gone in several minutes. I force myself to walk it out and stretch. Want to cry hurts that bad.

I have no idea what causes it to happen. It's infrequent though, so I deal with it.
