Letrozole??????? HELP

Hi I'm new to this page and new to asking for help on a forum page.

I've suffered with pcos for over 10years, however I've always been able to maintain a fairly healthy weigh throughout.

I already have one child with the help of clomid but still went through the grueling process of trying to conceive, it took me and my husband four years.

we would really like to be blessed again but so far no luck, I'm now clomid resistant, very upsetting and devastating.

My gyno has now prescribed me letrozole.......

Has anyone taken it on here and would you recommend???? I'm a little apprehensive because it can cause birth defects.
