Long Term Headache With No Diagnosis

Hi Guys

I have a right-sided headache. Any ideas of next investigation?

Right-sided

Feels like pressure in Right eye

Fullness in Right ear

Coolness-type pain in Right nostril when breathing

Pressure feeling in nose Right-sided

Awareness sensation at back of throat and back of head(lower) Right-side

Had this condition for over 40 years. At times chronic with associated Nausea.

I have previously had associated panic attacks with this as I have had it for a long time and cannot get away from myself. My wife can tell when it is bad as she can see the expression on my face. Can get worse if under mental stress.

Probable Cause:

I had an operation when I was 10 to remove a ectopic or supernumerary tooth in the maxillary sinus (Right side). I remember not feeling 'right' after that operation.
