Long term lumbar back pain

Posted , 2 users are following.

For more than a year now i have had almost constant low back pain. I've had several rounds of physio mostly involving doing exercises at home. I have not had any hands on treatment in this covid era.

I'm late fifties, male, tall, slim athletic, good BMI, I have visited my doctor who didnt initiate any x rays or scans because it wasnt deemed useful or necessary. I'm not taking any meds , im just managing.

I'm beginning to worry that the pain ,although in the lower back, might actually be symtomatic of something else.

Ive had no weight loss or red flags.
