Hi Lucy, Can I ask how old you are? This is a vital piece of the puzzle.

I am 29 years old but it's happened a features in the past since I was around 21

Well, it clearly isn't going to be dementia if it started at 21. I'm just wondering what your doctor said about this.

Hi, Lucy. Sounds to me like you need to see a doctor, the sooner the better. Your symptoms are one of the symptoms associated with stroke or TIA (transient ischemic attack), kind of a mini-stroke. Did you have any of the other symptoms: inability to lift an arm, crooked smile? I am not a medical professional and I don’t mean to scare you, but please consult a doctor! Best wishes.
