Margaret, you just can't get the staff! I do hope they've booked you in for another blood test very soon. Regards, tina

Where did you have the blood tests done? Did you have the vit D done at the same time in the same place?

I had my blood tests done at the doctors by a lady called sharon who always does the bloods, she cannot understand why they have got lost either, and she did the Vit D blood test at the same time.

How very strange, so it sounds like your surgery never received them back?

    Hi Margaret

If your blood tests were done by a Pathology they should have results on file. I am not sure what your system is where you live.

    Cheers

If they have "lost" 3 lots of tests they need to be reported to someone - because there is a serious problem somewhere in the system.

It could have been "lost" at the practice or in the lab - but either way it must be investigated. Insist you speak to the practice manager. The fact the vit D is back suggests the problem may lie at the lab - the vit D would probably have been done somewhere else.
