Loud Wheeze on maximum exhale

for the last few weeks I've noticed that when I taken a deep breath in and force exhaled breath put hard I've got high pitched squealing. At the point of the noise appearing i noticed that the muscles around the front of my throat go tense. I've got oximeter on average of 97-98 % oxygen saturation and my peak flow rate is around 540 L/min which for my height 183cm (6 foot) and age 28 is within normal range. The only other symptoms ive managed to find is a stiff neck which clicks/ cracks frequently and a dry sensation in throat that feels try (not sore). The wheeze like sound is not present at any othertime and feels more like it comes from the throat near the top of the throat rather than the chest. I was wondering is this an issue with my airway or is this a natural occurance anyone can reproduce.
