Low White Blood Cells count - EXTREMELY worried

Posted , 1 user is following.

Yesterday I had my blood tested after many years. It was a routine check I decided to do because why not.

Everything came back as normal except those two:

  • White Blood Cells - 3.2 (normal range 4.0-11)
  • Neutrophils - 1.18 (normal range 1.5+)

I can't get it off my mind now and on google I see some scary stuff to be honest, such as cancer. Why are both that low? I don't feel sick at all, I rarely get sick in general to begin with. Platelets and Haematocrit were all fine too.

What should I do? Should I get my blood tested again? Four years ago when I had it tested WBC were at 7.2.

I am 22 years old, male.
