Lower right leg pain, only lying down at night, no swelling

Hi,

I've been having pain in only my lower right leg the past 5 nights. It starts shortly after lying down in bed and continues until early morning, maybe 6-8 hours. Sometimes it's bad enough that sleeping is difficult, but there's no swelling and no increase in pain when standing/walking. The pain kind of comes and goes, and moves up and down my shin sometimes into my knee and foot. I have been doing a lot of walking, stair climbing and moving some furniture, but if it were shin splints I feel like it would be both legs.

Within the past month I woke up to a similar pain in the same leg but I wasn't doing any heavy physical activity then and hadn't felt it again until now.

Sorry for the wall of text. Is this something I need to see a doctor about?
