Lpw urine flow and less ejaculation force

Hi everyone,

I've been dealing with some concerning symptoms for the past few months and I'm hoping to get some advice. I'm a 38-year-old weighing 84 kg and I don't have any underlying health conditions, allergies, or injuries.

Around three months ago, I suddenly lost interest in sex and noticed a significant decrease in libido. I've also been experiencing itching around my groin and testicle area. I went to my GP, who tested me for STIs, but all the results came back negative. Despite this, I still have a burning sensation when I pass urine.

My GP prescribed a fungal cream, which helped a bit, but since then, I've noticed a decrease in my urine flow. I've also noticed that the skin underneath my penis looks a bit loose, and the intensity of my ejaculation is quite low. Additionally, I feel slight discomfort when I start urinating near the tip of my penis.

My GP has referred me to a urologist, but I'm not sure if this is related to an infection. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

key hightlights:

GP diagnosed Balanitis initially about three months ago and prescribed Daktacort and steroid cream.

subsequently antibiotics for 1 week for UTI

then advised it could be uthritus or prostatitis but not sure.

I have issues with weak urine stream and weak ejaculation force too. Urologist suggested a urine flow test but that was over 9 months ago and I still haven't had that appointment.

I also have issues with loss of feeling in penis too and after switching ED pills to Tadalafil / Cialis I quickly noticed my urine output is much better. I was on Sildenafil / Viagra previously and this had no impact on urine flow.

I appreciate your understanding. I've been cautious due to concerns about potential side effects, especially on the heart. I decided to discuss this with my GP and get tested beforehand to ensure safety. Yeah It's frustrating that my urologist appointment isn't until August, but in the meantime, I'm focusing on maintaining my overall health through regular exercise and a healthy lifestyle and seeking guidance from some kind people like you and keith
