LS - How far can this spread?

Hi everyone!! I have had LS since childhood and now at 45 have lost all my structure, with a tightening "gap" left. I use steroid clob and diprobase, but during this recent flare up the burning pain has continued and I am now having trouble walking because its "pulling" in the crease of my leg. On inspection, the skin is starting to wrinkle like my non existent vaginal opening - can it have spread from my vagina to the skin at the top of legs??!! Doctors tomorrow but not hoping for much help, in so much pain I can only lie down because its so tight, especially where clitoris once was. All advice greatly received, at my wits end! I was walking like a penguin at work today which was embarrassing to say the least!!
