Lump Feeling in Throat

Hi? Was wondering if I could get any insight to what may it be

Everytime I swallow It feels like there's a lump feeling. Its like the it moves but comes back. Its in the throat/neck area. There's discomfort with this, and occasionally pain. It hurts a little when I eat and drink. Sometimes also hurts when I take a breath.

Its not allergies, its not acid. Pharmacy told me to go to the doctors but theyre closed. Had this for the past 4 days
