Lyrica withdrawal

I have been on lyrica for 8 months started on 25mg 2 daily then up to 50mg 2 daily then 75 2 daily side affects where fuzzy head never felt quite right as if I was somewhere else ..started tapering down first by going down 50 mg 2 daily over 2 weeks then 25 over 2 weeks down to 25 one at night side affects of withdrawal are very bad Trying to sleep my mind wont stop over thinking and mornings are really bad cant stay awake in bed as my mind wont stop racing please anyone else have this problem
