Male - Urethra stings randomly + abdominal discomfort

I've had a stinging sensation that comes and goes on my urethra for three weeks. I've also had a burning sensation while urinating twice.

aside from that it doesn't hurt when I ejaculate or urinate.

I took a full STD panel test three weeks after protected sex with a spermicide covered condoms (1st time using spermicides) and everything came back negative. I took two urinalysis tests and the first one came out abnormal but the second one clean. I've also had abdominal discomfort on both side but mainly on my left side.

I went to the doctor and they said STDs, UTI and Kidney Stones aren't the cause.

is anyone familiar with these symptoms?
