Don't know if you all have this but I do a need to eat more drink more all more it's still the tramadol god bless hopefully being honest with yourself.

    Oh yes, been tapering off for 5 months now almost finished with it,appetite definitely increased. For me this is good.

      Still on 50 a day been on that dose for 3 weeks only just stabalsing so will wait for a while before final hurdle need to watch my weight though.
