Does anyone know what this could possibly be? Ive only had one sleeping partner and have had no other weird symptoms apart from a pasty discharge. I feel so disgusting and just need any help I can get. I have an appointment with my GP soon.

Glad you have an appointment with your GP. The discharge may not be anything to do with the lumps. The lumps look like VP vestibular papillomatosis which are completely harmless. Just ignore them. Hope you get sorted soon.

Thank you and do you know if there is any way to get rid of them or will i just have to leave them?

Its best to leave them alone,as rubbing or scrubbing at them can make it worse. Do have a word with your GP about them. He/she may want to take one for a biopsy, just to make sure its VP and they can be removed surgically if you are particularly bothered by them.
