I started the slow reduction plan last month (reducing from 7 mg to 6.5mg) had a blood test a couple of days ago and the reading of the ESR test had gone up from 2 to 19 since the last reading. My doctor is away at present and I am unsure as to whether I should go back to the 7 mg dose or carry on with the reduction plan. Any advice please.
