Hi. I've just joined this forum tonight and was wondering if anyone is taking gabapentin for their sciatica? I've had this for nearly a year now and can't get any relief from it. I've tried Nefapam and Naproxen then Amitriptyline. Although i get a better sleep, it does nothing for the pain during the day. Gabapentin is the next step the doctor said. I'm also on the waiting list for physio and an m.r.i scan

i am on gabapentin and have seen very little difference. Trying steroid injection next. Good luck.
