Microdiscectomy L5 2 weeks ago - reherniation?

Hello all,

As the topic eludes I had a microdiscectomy 2 weeks and 2 days ago. I had some sciatic pain straight away post procedure with residual numbness to my left foot. All be it not as bad as it was pre procedure. Recovery had been going well, and at the two week mark the pain had resided to about a 2/10. It was great! However, I was stupid and I tried pushing my 22 month old up a hill in his pram. Since then the pain has gotten worse again and I'm worried that I've reherniated my disc. I feel on the brink of panic at the thought of it failing. Is it possible that I've just overdone it a bit and with rest it should settle down again? Anyone else with a similar experience and with advice about how to remedy it?
