hi im new here, I've suffered with migraine for 31 years been on lots of medication, no preventatives work for me. i take zolmytriptan to take it away which i couldn't be without.

im 49 and have started menopause which has made my migraine 100 times worse I've started HRT patches but no change yet. ive been taking zolmytripan daily just to get rid of it which isn't good for me. doctors don't seem to be phased by it. I've had MRI scans over the years its all put down to hormones. Got one currently I'm on my 10th day iI am at my wits end now to be honest. I've tried everything to help myself eat healthy. lots of water no sugar, take supplements magnesium .

anything that anyone else is trying or advise is welcome. thank you

Hi Claire just read your post. Ive had migraine all my life and had thought once I'm past the menopause it will get better, wrong! it seems to be even worse, getting migraine about every 5 days and its really interfering with my well being and feel ive tried just about everything. Have you managed to find anything which helps?
