Migraine/neck problems?

hello, for about 10 days i have had a stiff neck, pressure behind the eyes, pressure in the front of my head, a feeling of fullness in my ears, some dizziness, nausea and occasional mild ache in my head, usually after being active. the symptoms are usually gone when i wake up and worsen throughout the day or if looking at a bright screen or window. I've recently stopped sleeping on my front as I've heard that can cause all kind of neck problems.

i initially thought it was another bout of labrynthitis, but now I'm not so sure. It genuinely feels like everything a migraine is but without the pain. Is there anything to do to ease this somewhat outside of a doctor visit?

I get terrible pressure in my forehead and down past my cheeks. This also makes my left ear plugged and I feel all off balance. I was told it was silent migraines. \i get this daily and seems to stary about mid afternoon. Sometimes it is all day though.

\Seasonally I get ocular migraines but never a head ache after it stops.ocular migraines usually are a warning that a migraine is coming yet I do not get the pain.

This has been going on for many years. It is the worst feeling. Just seems odd that it starts each day around the same time
