Migraines almost everyday

I need some advice for the last four or five days I've been having migraine headaches once or twice a day and they seem to be moderate with the pain sometimes it's pulsating sometimes it's just throbbing but I need to know when should I have to go like to the ER I do not have health insurance I just want to know like what should I lookout for to where I need to go to the ER the only medication I take is Excedrin Migraine medication lost the time that doesn't even help so if anybody has any advice I'd really appreciate it so if anybody has any advice I'd really appreciate it
