Mild down sloping of sella floor and double bright spot

Posted , 1 user is following.

I have been having horrible headaches for years, Starting getting facial numbness and trigeminal nueralgia symptoms on the left side. Most recent MRI shows pituitary tumor 11 x 8 mm and double bright spot. Most recent CT shows mild down sloping floor of sella turica on left side. No known cavernous sinus invasion. prolactin has been elevated a couple times but not consistent.

I'm wondering about the double bright spot and down sloping floor of sella. Can the down sloping explain my left side symptoms? Can this explain the headaches?

Any info on double bright spot?

Thank You
