Missed period

long story short...

I'm 25 years old

never missed a period and they are always regular. If they are late it's usually only a day or two.

ATM I'm 53 days late!

my symptoms include: sickness, stomach pains, back pain and I'm constantly tired.

I have done several pregnancy tests and they have all come back negative.

last night i accidentally bought a menopause test and took the test and it came back positive.

I'm only 25. I have a doctors appointment for next week but I'm so scared.

has anyone experienced this or know if its normal?
