Hi i am hoping someone can help, i am due to have an MRI scan on cervical and thoracic spine next week, i am extremely claustrophobic and know i will panic, i have been prescribed 5 mg Diazepam to take on the day, but i also read that an eye mask is a good idea, if i wear an eye mask and find i dont like it will i be able to remove it as i was told you could not move, i am so scared i am having panic attacks just thinking about it
