Mucous flowing down the throat causes choking, should I go to E&A?

Mucous has become very dense; earlier it was transparent wit bits of bile and hairs, but it was flowing, and throat lumps like now didn't form. In addition, the colour is darker, there are more of these 'hairs' and as seen in the attached photo, blood seems to have appeared. Just tilting my head slightly completely blocks my nose, from which a stream of mucus flows. I feel pressure between my eyes, on my temples, and around my ears. It's a strange sensation. I don't know what to do; I went to the emergency room once, and they told me I'm healthy, but I don't feel well and actually feel worse. How they can help?
