multiple angiomyolipomas on left kidney

Hi all, I had ultrasound done that showed angiomyolipoma of left kidney (1.2 cm).

Doc sent me to the MRI with contrast to confirm the diagnosis. That came back with three angiomyolipomas in left kidney of size 0.3, 0.4, and 0.7 (MRI was done about 1 week after my ultrasound). I talked to the doctor and he told me that he is not concerned at all and that I should have follow up in one year time with ultrasound. I did bring up the concern of having multiple angiomyolipomas as it can be a marker for other genetic problems but he was not concerned at all as mine are small, I am 42, and mine are in one kidney and no other symptoms/concerns. Anyways, anyone else with multiple angiomyolipomas and what is your doctor saying?
