My 7 year old has pneumonia. He doesn't sound like he is wheezing but his cough is now very congested. He has more energy but still lays around a lot. He has been on antibiotics for 4 days. Should his cough be going away? If the congested cough normal, before it was a wheezing cough.

When i had a chest infection earlier on in the year i got rid of the infection and the last part to dissappear was the cough, i would monitor to make sure he isnt getting any worse, then comsult gp if he still hasnt shifted it after a while
