My cure for Costochondritis

Having suffered costochondritis for 5 years with relief for only 3 months per year, i searched the internet reading stories and trying to find relief i came across an article online somewhere in austrailia where 2 people with costochondritis where found to have very low levels of Vitamin D in their bodies, having been put on Vitamin D for 6 months their condition became less severe, so i set out to buy some vitamin D in multivitamin form and used it along with Bio Freeeze, much to my amazement and 2 years later im in no more pain or discomfort, ive had 2 years pain free now and continuing with my Vitamin D and no more Bio Freeze. I hope this helps other sufferers find relief just like me. please let me know how you get on. Regards.
