My ears are not normal

my ears cement over with I don't know what I think maybe I have a fungal infection but my doctor will not give me a referral to ear nose and throat doctor. I cannot stick a q-tip in my ear at all I can put it in there and push with all my might and it won't go in something's blocking it . everyday I have to take needle nose tweezers and the whole tweezers go in my ear almost and pick out cemented I don't know what it's horrible and it drives me insane and I've been living with it for years I feel like I may have a fungal infection that is going to reach my brain. my doctor didn't see anything in the office and all the research I've done said a general GP cannot see your middle ear what do I do and does anybody know what this is?

    Have you lost any hearing? Do your ears itch? What colour is this "cement" ?
