My front teeth both upper and lower have started to tingle intermittently throughout the day.

Hello

my front teeth both upper and lower have started to tingle intermittently throughout the day. this has been happening for the last 2 weeks. some of my heavily filled molars also tingle. its like a brief electric tingle lasting for a second.

years ago I had my teeth professionally whitened at the dentist. suspecting its the enamel wearing away, though hot and cold don't seem to aggrevate.

any thoughts or similar experiences please. thanks for reading through
