My girlfriend might be pregnant? Or Am i mistaken?

Me and my girlfriend have sex way back at Oct 28. We did a protected one. The next day, we did it with no protection, but no ejaculation occured. We expect here menstruation to happen at around November 4 as her last period happend at October 4. But bleeding starts at Oct 30. It was very light and only occur when she was urinating. But under her pads, there is only some spots. This happened for 2 days. On her 3rd day of period, the volume of blood increases to almost half of her pad. she had a period for 5 days. Now, November 21, she is experiencing cramps and pain in her hips. We are wondering as it is too early for her next period as last month, she bleeds early too. Which only happens that time. I am wondering if she has already been pregnant or this has no relation to pregnancy? We can't do PT because of the hospital full of patient and the PT we used in our home got damaged. I hope someone can answer. Thank you
