Nail infection?

Hi,

I wear false nails and use gel glue under a UV lamp. A few weeks ago, the skin around my nails started to become red and a bit itchy. I took the nails off and it was okay, put new ones on a few days later and it happened again so I took them off. I'm not sure if this is related, but I think it must be.

Now I am left with discoloured nails and 'something' underneath the nail which I cannot work out what it is. On some fingers it looks like another nail is growing underneath. I've been using the Scholl nail brush but it doesnt seem to he doing anything.

Please help!
