Need some advice

I hate to be negative, but this "male enhancement pill" won't increase the size of your penis, so you can probably do whatever you want.  If you're lucky, you've got something like Viagra, which will at least make you hard for a while, but it's far more likely you've got something which does nothing at all except make money for the people selling it.  Please don't buy any more.

To be honest with you these pills dont and never will work to make you bigger you have to put up with what you have please dont be fooled by all the false promises these companies will tell you go to a proper doctor and they will tell you the truth about these pills or even google about them they are nothing more than a sugar substance or vitam pill.

As others have said these pills can't and won't increase size. They can't increase length and they increase girth.

The claims these products make are fantastical but not in any way needed in reality or science.

These type of pills, like the dirt cheap very (non) real fakes of viagra or cialis are unregulated and in dune countries illegal due to the ingredients of the pill.

These ingredients could be and maybe harmless but they could also be lethal or cause plenty of non lethal but serious issues.

Your name seems familiar from another post and if you are the poor chap with issues around inability to ejaculate in a fun and reasonable time then did that issue start around the same time or after these types of pill? If they did them time to ditch them, to be honest if they're internet bought and not from a licensed pharmacist then ditch them anyway.

Unlicensed and unregulated meds is the same as playing Russian roulette except you won't die quickly

I read somewhere that some drugs for penis enhancements may have some ingredients that can have a diabetic quantity in them, so they can create more problems for you.

The are all quack products that don't work. If that was the case, most men would gladly pay for these types of pills.

Being an xxy male, my penis is less than 10 cm or about 4 inches (US measurements ). I wish there was a pill that would make me longer or thicker, but nothing will work past puberty.

Some xxy children may be given human growth hormone to increase penis size in the US during puberty but it doesn't work for everyone. Testosterone during puberty may also help, but it depends on the xxy individual.

If you think the pills work, then you wouldn't mind to.pay for some land on the moon that everyone owns.

Some gay men use penis pumps but they can be dangerous devices. They sometimes use these devices to grow extra scrotum tissue. The pictures are horrible looking as depicted on the internet.

I hope everone saves their money and don't believe everything you read about penis enhancements, because most advertisements are misleading. or false.
