Negative herpes test results but got blisters on lips

Hello, On January first week i got blisters on my upper lip, consulting with a doctor he told its herpes but my previous test results which i took on December 1st week 2021 was negative. for confirmation i again did a test during the occurrence the results was negative (Igg and Igm) so doctor told it could be some insect bite.

after a week i again got the blister on my lip at the same place, this time doctor confirmed it is hepres labialis.

how it could happen like this. To be negative on results but getting sympotms.

    when was the last time you were exposed? it can sometimes take 3-4 months for your body to build antibodies and test positive for hsv.
