Never been in any kind of sexual contact or activity of any kind. What can this be? How to treat it

my parents are too orthodox I can't tell them what has happened and they won't believe me. idk what has happened and how yes i did shave a couple of days prior to this happening but the pictures of having something to the hair follicles looks totally different. I'm extremely scared. i also got chills and fever for two days which is now okay. it has been 6 days since it happened initially it was only a few boils but it kept increasing. can't go alone to a doctor to get it checked. i thought by applying coconut oil it'll go away on its own but it isn't. can anybody help urgently please. i also have had constipation most of my life which is okay on and off.
