Newly diagnosed

My husband is newly diagnosed. He is normally very healthy and active with no previous prescription drugs despite being 74, also dancing three nights a week for 3-4 hours per night.

Four weeks ago he went to the Well Man Clinic. He had some bloods done, which all came back normal. He had a Shingles/Pneumonia jab. The Pain and fatigue started a few days later. We are convinced that it was because he had the jabs together. His latest bloods came back showing high inflammation, indicating PMR.

Yesterday he started on Predisolone, and the difference is amazing already.

Dancing is our life. Will this change forever? Can any other dance lovers advise?
