Newly diagnosed

I was diagnosed last June 2023. This is all new to me. my ferritin levels are sky high 900ish.

I have be having fortnightly venusections ( only 4 so far with another due next week. ) but its probably too early to see a difference. I'm doing my best to adjust my diet but it's difficult as my husband likes his meat so I sometimes have to cook 2 meals as the only meat I'm eating is chicken.

I have been studying online for the last 9 years and this will be my final year but I have lost all focus and can't concentrate. I can't retain anything and I have an exam in June. If this keeps up I will fail. it's making me anxious and depressed.
