Normal blood work but big lumps and lymphoma symptoms?

hi i have been feeling sick for the past two months and just dont seem to get better.

i had chest, back, collarbone pain, extreme weakness, low grade fever and i am so so tired all the time. also had some itching and my skin gets red easily. Had a cough but took some antibio and thats gone.

a few days ago i started to have a very bad backaache felt in my spine could hardly walk or function. Had an upper spine and chedt xray

all came back clear. Perfect blood work no inflammation perfect blood count.

All my lymph nodes have been achy for the pasz two months, but there were no enlargement as the doctor said. However yesterday I found biz lumps in the inner side of my upper arms and also legs. Given the symptoms i am worried that its lymphoma, but i didnt find any stories on the internet that anyone had their lymph nodes enlarged in their limbs? So maybe thats a hope and its only an infection?

I will have an ultrasound on wednesday.

Can anyone relate?
