Numbness, tingling and headaches

Hi

I had some tingling to my left cheek a couple of months ago but nothing else so I didn’t take much notice, about 6 weeks ago this spread and I also had some ringing in me left hand and foot and some weakness to my left leg and some headaches also on my left side. I was seen in A&E where a CT scan was done which was all clear and I was referred back to my GP with request for my GP to refer to a neurologist as they felt it may be something more chronic (migraines and MS were both mentioned). My GP decided to do more bloods and found my vitamin b12 levels were low and told me to take supplements and that this was likely causing symptoms and to return for a blood test in a few months and declined to do neurology referral.

Since then I have had continued headaches and facial tingling and I’ve also had intermittent tingling to my hand and foot which feels worse again today and the weakness to my leg has also returned like it was when I first had the symptoms.

Just wondered if anyone else has had simile symptoms and what it turned out to be?

I am going to go back to my Gp this week.

Thank you
