I once tried to come off Olanzapine cold turkey and got terrible anxiety (I was on 20mg at that time). I'm now on 10 mg at night and want to come off them altogether and would be grateful for any advice to reduce the withdrawal symptoms. My doctor's appointment isn't for another 2 weeks but I doubt whether he'll agree to reducing them but I'm coming off them whether he likes it or not.
