One nostrils air ways are extremely small?

My doctor (not very good standard healthcare in my area but can't change due to high demand) has referred me to a specialist but I could be waiting over 2 years.

My nose was broken a few years back and i've struggled breathing when lying on my right side (picture shows left nostril), i've never thought to look up my nose previously though.

I caught covid in August 2021, i've had severe parosmia (altered smell) after recovering from anosmia since.

I now have a feeding tube with a nasal bridle due to malnutrition from the parosmia.

My nose leaks a lot due to the bridle so i was cleaning it yesterday when I noticed the left nostril seemed a bit swollen inside and thats when i thought to look inside, my hospital doctor also cant get an ENT specialist to come see me, has anyone experienced this? Would the cause be the broken nose (nose leans to the left), covid or the bridle? Or is it something completely different like polyps?

When i give my doctors foundations of what could be causing the issue I get taken more seriously unfortunately.

Apologies in advance for the gross pictures, bridle makes it hard to clean
