Ongoing Dizziness for 2,5 Years All The Time, Never Goes Away Doctor Don't Know Why

My name is Jonathan, I'm 23 years old.

I've been a bartender for 6 years and worked 3 of those years at the Steam Hotel in Sweden. I recall the dizziness began 2,5 years ago on a work shift in the bar (this is when i was working at the hotel). It was my shift to open the bar and it was already FULL of customers, at that point I immediately felt a huge wave of vertigo, as if I was literally sinking into the floor, hard heart palpations, sweating and just feeling dizzy. I also started feeling this weird pain line from the heart to heal(only on the left side of my body) and doctors have listened to my heart and run blood tests, everything seems to be fine. None of these symptoms have ever gone away since.

This kept going every single day from then on and I additionally go then fatigue. I've been seeing countless doctors, seeing 2 neurologists that I feel aren't pushing enough to do more tests, eye specialists and physiotherapists. I'm seeing a psychiatrist to maybe determine is anxiety and stress is the cause.

I've an athlete my entire life, high metabolism, extreme amounts of physical energy, always active and generally happy. Now my life for the past 2,5 years has been depressing, everything that I love doing requires an insane amount of energy, always feeling tired, dizzy, vertigo and it's kind of hard to enjoy life. I literally feel like that I could pass out at any moment.

I'm wondering if anyone else is experiencing the same thing or possibly found a solution.

I don't know whether it's the answer or not, but has anyone looked into dysautonomia?
