Opinion about one ridiculously bad headache

So I started with a cold last weekend, It steadily got worse and then on Tuesday a bad headache started, today on the following Sunday I still have it and its constant. It hasn't let up since day one, from when I wake up till I sleep. I feel like my head is being squeezed really tight all the time. If I move my head too much or look down the pain gets worse, not effecting my eye sight or my tolerance to light at all, no sickness either. I feel like I should be worried about this one, never had it like this in my life.

Sounds more like a sinus infection with everything your saying

It could be a tension headache. Make sure you don't get dehydrated and look after yourself, rest, sleep, good diet.
